The data obtained can be used to develop effective risk management strategies in medical organizations in the region aimed at improving the quality of medical care and improving its effectiveness. In future research, we aim to explore the use of the artificial intelligence (AI) for improving management in medical organisations. AI offers potential benefits like optimised use of resources and better decision-making.
