Abstract.This paper discusses incentive systems in organizations. This study discusses how factors in incentive systems increase work motivation, what factors cause differences in the effectiveness of incentive systems in various organizational contexts, such as private companies, public institutions, non-profit organizations, and digital platforms, and discusses how the relationship between incentive system design, the use of information systems or management control systems (e.g. MAS, KPI systems, or digital platforms), and organizational outcomes based on studies in mapping. This study uses a literature review method. This study aims to see the development of incentive systems.
