The 2020 International Conference on Comprehensible Science (ICCS 2020).
Considering the global situation of COVID-19, ICCS 2020 will be held online only (without physical attendance) on October 30-31, 2020. The live oral presentations will be hosted via virtual platform with links posted on our program.

Submissions for ICCS 2020
You are cordially invited to submit your full paper of 6 – 10 pages. Early submissions are greatly appreciated. A single attending author may present a maximum of two papers onsite. The presentation, award submission and proceedings submission for a paper must all be in English. By submitting a paper, you certify that all co-authors are properly acknowledged, are aware of the submission and consent to presentation of the work. All submissions must be in Microsoft Word format. Include the contact information for corresponding author on the submission’s form. You will receive an email notification containing an acceptance or rejection letter. This letter will contain a submission number that you should include in all further correspondences.
You may submit your paper online via CONFERENCE SUBMISSION FORM that belongs to our Online Submission and Review System. Submitted papers (until 10-page limit) must comply with the requested format Template, be written in English, must not have been published before, not be under review for any other conference or publication. The paper you are submitting must be your own work and you have obtained the appropriate consent from all co-authors to present the paper at this event. Please enter the information carefully and accurately by your Submission. The conference proceedings and certificates will be created using author information, exactly as entered here. Please do not use acronyms for your Institution Name.
All submissions will be twice «blind» reviewed based on relevance, timeliness, originality, importance and clarity of expression with convincing argumentative. Besides globally relevant meetings with internationally representative program/scientific committees guaranteeing a strict peer-reviewing and paper selection process.
Authorship, authorship order and number, paper title must be the same for presentation, proceedings and award submissions. In the event of an authorship, authorship order, paper title change after your initial submission, you must e-mail email@example.com to request the changes. Requests for changes must be received at this email no later than August 28, 2020.
Publication and Indexation
Accepted and registered Papers will be published in the 2020 International Conference on Integrated Science in Digital Age Proceedings by Springer in a book of the Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems series (SJR 0,125, Q4), and then will be submitted to ISI Proceedings, SCOPUS, Google Scholar and other indexations. No more than one paper per registration will be published. An extra fee must be paid for publication of additional papers, with a maximum of one additional paper per registration. One registration permits only the participation of one author in the conference.
The Institute of Certified Specialists (ICS) reserves the right to relocate the conference, assign some or all presentations to online sessions in the event of natural disaster, terrorist event, strike, illness or other unusual circumstances as determined solely at the discretion of ICS. Authors reassigned to online sessions receive the full value of their paid registration fee. Any such change shall not be considered a violation of the relationship between ICS and conference participants or authors. ICS reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Sending of Submission form indicates your acceptance of these terms.
Each accepted paper must be presented in the appropriate thematic onsite or online session of narrow specialization. The authors of accepted papers will have 15 minutes to present their work in a Conference Sessions; approximately 5 minutes of discussion will follow each presentation. Online sessions’ participants will receive an email with instructions on how to participate in it by request.
Your paper’s file must be in .doc/docx format, complied with Template, does not consist author’s name, titled as “Paper title”, e.g. “Collecting the Database for the Neural Network”. Each of corresponding author will receive ID number in the notification letter.
