The 2021 International Conference on Comprehensible Science (ICCS 2021) aims to make available the discussion and the publication of papers on all aspects of single and multi-disciplinary research on Conference topics. The conference welcomes papers from academics, including professors, lecturers, researchers, students, and industry practitioners. Theoretical and empirical papers, as well as case studies in all areas of natural, social science, and art & humanities are welcome. High quality content is an essential requirement for all papers accepted for this conference. Non presenting participants are also welcome.
ICCS 2021 will be held in Eilat, Israel, June 18-20, 2021. An important characteristic feature of Conference should be the short publication time and world-wide distribution.

Submissions for ICCS 2021
You are cordially invited to submit your full paper of 6 – 12 pages. Early submissions are greatly appreciated. A single attending author may present a maximum of two papers onsite. The presentation, award submission and proceedings submission for a paper must all be in English. By submitting the paper, you certify that all co-authors are properly acknowledged, are aware of the submission and consent to presentation of the work. All submissions must be in Microsoft Word format. Include the contact information for corresponding author on the submission’s form. Authors of accepted papers will receive an email notification containing an acceptance letter. This letter will contain a submission number (ID) that you should include in all further correspondences.
You may submit your paper online via CONFERENCE SUBMISSION FORM below that belongs to our Online Submission and Review System. Submitted papers (from 6 to 12-page limit) must comply with the requested format Template, be written in English, must not have been published before, not be under review for any other conference or publication. The paper you are submitting must be your own work and you have obtained the appropriate consent from all co-authors to present the paper at this event.

To Submission. Please enter the information carefully and accurately by your Submission. The conference proceedings and certificates will be created using author information, exactly as entered here. Your paper’s file must be complied with Template that you can download on the link above.
You need to upload from your computer two files of your paper: 1) word format with all of your co-authors and affiliation, 2) pdf format without authors name and their affiliations – for review purpose only.
All submissions will be twice «blind» reviewed based on relevance, timeliness, originality, importance and clarity of expression with convincing argumentative. Besides globally relevant meetings with internationally representative program/scientific committees guaranteeing a strict peer-reviewing and paper selection process. As a result of review each of corresponding author of accepted paper will receive ID number in the notification letter. Each accepted paper must be registered for including into Conference Proceeding.
Publication and Indexation
Accepted and registered Papers will be published in the 2021 International Conference on Comprehensible Science Proceeding by Springer in a book of the Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems series (SJR 0,125, Q4), and then will be submitted to ISI Proceedings, SCOPUS, Google Scholar and other indexations. No more than one paper per registration will be published. An extra fee must be paid for publication of additional papers, with a maximum of one additional paper per registration. One registration permits only the participation of one author in the conference.
The Institute of Certified Specialists (ICS) reserves the right to relocate the conference, assign some or all presentations to online sessions in the event of natural disaster, terrorist event, strike, illness or other unusual circumstances as determined solely at the discretion of ICS. Authors reassigned to online/virtual sessions receive the full value of their paid registration fee. Any such change shall not be considered a violation of the relationship between ICS and conference participants or authors. ICS reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Sending of Submission form indicates your acceptance of these terms.
Each accepted paper must be registered and then presented in the appropriate thematic onsite or online/virtual session of narrow specialization. The authors of accepted papers will have 15 minutes to present their work in a Conference Sessions; approximately 5 minutes of discussion will follow each presentation. Online/virtual sessions’ participants will receive an email with instructions on how to participate in it by request.
To ensure that an accepted paper will be published, at least one of the authors must be fully registered by the 21st of April 2021, and the paper must comply with the suggested layout and page-limit (from 6 to 12 pages). Additionally, all recommended changes must be addressed by the authors before they submit the final version.
No more than one paper per registration will be published. An extra fee must be paid for publication of additional papers, with a maximum of one additional paper per registration. One registration permits only the participation of one author in the conference.
