DSIC 2021 – The 2021 International Conference on Digital Science, that will be held at Luxembourg, Luxembourg, October 15 – 17, 2021, is an international forum for researchers and practitioners to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, results, experiences and concerns in the several advances of Digital Science.
The main idea of this Conferences is that the world of science is unified and united all scientists/practitioners to be able to think, analyze and generalize. DSIC 2021 aims efficiently disseminate original research results in natural, social, art&humanities sciences. This Conference enables fast dissemination so conference participants can publish their papers in print and electronic format, which is then made available worldwide and accessible by numerous researchers.
DSIC 2021 covers publications on many multidisciplinary levels but each accepted paper might be presented in the appropriate thematic Conference session of narrow specialization. To feel each of DSIC 2021 Presenter as Keynote speaker we do not have any invited external keynote speakers.

We are pleased to invite you to submit your papers to DSIC 2021. Papers must be written in English and related with one or more of the Conference Topics (see above). All submissions will be twice «blind» reviewed by Scientific Committee Members and invited Reviewers on the basis of relevance, timeliness, originality, importance and clarity of expression with convincing argumentative. The «blind» review means that the authors’ names, affiliations and bibliographic references should not be included in the version for evaluation by the Scientific Committee. Besides globally relevant meetings with internationally representative program/scientific committees guaranteeing a strict peer-reviewing and paper selection process.

In addition, submitted papers (10-12 pages; including figures and references) must comply with the requested format Template (download Template.docx file), be written in English, must not have been published before, not be under review for any other conference or publication and not include any information leading to the authors’ identification.

To Submission. Please enter the information carefully and accurately by your Submission. The conference proceedings and certificates will be created using author information, exactly as entered here. Your paper’s file must be complied with Template that you can download on the link above.
You need to upload from your computer two files of your paper: 1) word format with all of your co-authors and affiliation, 2) pdf format without authors name and their affiliations – for review purpose only.
The acceptance decisions will take into account paper novelty, technical depth, elegance, practical or theoretic impact, and presentation:
Soundness: The contributions should be supported by the rigorous application of appropriate research methods.
Significance: The authors are expected to argue the relevance and usefulness of their research and discuss the novelty through a comparison with related works.
Novelty: The contributions should be original and explained clearly and correctly concerning state-of-the-art.
Replicability: The contributions will take into account the extent to which sufficient information is available to support the full or partial independent replication of the claimed findings.
Presentation Quality: The submissions are expected to meet high standards of presentation, including the English language, avoiding ambiguities, clearly readable figures and tables, and respect of the formatting instructions.
Based on Scientific Committee evaluation, a paper can be rejected or accepted by the Conference Chairs. In the later case, it can be accepted as poster without publication. Submissions that do not comply with the above requirements may be rejected without review. The Institute of Certified Specialists (ICS) reserves the right to relocate the conference, assign some or all presentations to online sessions in the event of natural disaster, terrorist event, strike, illness or other unusual circumstances as determined solely at the discretion of ICS.
The authors of accepted papers will have 15 minutes to present their work in a Conference Work or Internet Session; approximately 5 minutes of discussion will follow each presentation. If authors are unable to attend the conference and present their papers, they should contact the program chair so that substitute arrangement can be done, e.g. virtual presentation. We are prepared to offer virtual participation options, for anyone who cannot or chooses not to travel due to the force majeure situation.
Publication and Indexation
To ensure that an accepted paper will be published, at least one of the authors must be fully registered by the 23rd of September 2021, and the paper must comply with the suggested layout and page-limit (6-12 pages; including figures and references), and presented on onsite/online DSIC 2021 session. Additionally, all recommended changes must be addressed by the authors before they submit the final version. No more than one paper per registration will be published. An extra fee must be paid for publication of additional papers, with a maximum of one additional paper per registration. One registration permits only the participation of one author in the conference.
DSIC 2021 Proceeding will be published by Springer in a book series “Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems” (SJR 0,17; Q4 according to https://www.scimagojr.com/journalrank.php, 2020) and submitted for indexing to SCOPUS, Web of Science (CPCI), Google Scholar and Springerlink...
The authors of the best selected papers might be invited to extend their articles for publication in some prestigious international journals indexed by Scopus.
